The report shows that Zetta's 100G PAM4 EML has surpassed industry standards in several key performance indicators, fully demonstrating excellent signal quality and system fault tolerance.

In high-speed transmission applications, the bandwidth of the electro-absorption modulated laser (EML) is a key index to measure its performance. The 3dB bandwidth of Zetta's 100G PAM4 EML is above 53GHz within the operating temperature range, approaching the requirement for 200G bps EML (>65GHz). This indicator not only meets the high standards of 100G bps EML but also indicates Zetta's technical potential in the field of 200G bps EML.
The report specifically mentions the TDECQ (Transmitter and Dispersion Eye Closure Quaternary for PAM4) test results of the product's PAM4 eye diagram. TDECQ is an important parameter for measuring the quality of PAM4 optical signals. The TDECQ values of Zetta's 100G EML are 1.89dB and 1.80dB under the conditions of 1.5 Vpp and 1.2 Vpp, respectively, both significantly lower than the 3.4dB required by IEEE standards, showing the significant advantages of Zetta's products in signal quality.
